I bought this bag a few weeks ago. I really needed a bag that fits a lot of stuff because I work and go to school everyday and I'm always toting around books and my lunch etc. I was worried about the quality because it's not leather, but so far it is holding up. The only thing I don't like about it is, well 2 things; on the outside pocket with the vertical zipper the zipper slides down and the stuff falls out, and 2nd, the lining inside the bag is a little too loose so it gets caught in the zippers from time to time, but otherwise it's a good bag. I love that everything zips up so all of my stuff is secure and I love the 2 different straps for purse mode or cross-body mode. Lots of room and organizing little pockets. Shipped fast and came in perfect new shape as promised.
