I just received this purse on Friday (writing this review Monday), and the handle has already come unglued. When I first got it I really liked how it looked. But I noticed some very minor things, like the side snaps didn't really stay shut, but I thought no big deal. Today while I was walking the handle just came apart at the ring, which is pretty annoying considering I had a light load in the purse.
Hopefully they'll take it back, I really don't want to have to resort to super gluing my purse. I would have expected this out of a 15 dollar purse, but this purse cost nearly 50 and it was glued instead of sewed at the handle, which I think shows the poor quality.

The metal chain is an attractive feature, but the way it is designed, constantly moving through the holes, is not very convenient. Very good capacity with two outside pockets - for your car key chain and your cell phone. Could have a better onganized interior with more zipped pokets. I've got the taupe grey color, a good seasonal transition from summer to winter.

I would NOT recommend purchasing anything from this company. I ordered this purse and the silver chain started to corrode within the first couple days. The leather turned black from the chains rubbing against the purse. I sent the purse in for repair/replacement. I received an email stating I would be getting the shipping information for the new purse. A couple days later, with no heads up what-so-ever, they gave me my money back. They never once apologized, instead, they argued with me, and were extremely rude and insulting! This was the worst customer service I have ever encountered!
