On top of this is a zipper pocket and another flap closure pocket. The main compartment is fully lined and includes a side zipper pocket. On the back is another zipper pocket. This is a very well-made, quality leather bag that is not too big, but not too small. Shoulder strap drop length measures 26".

 STRAP PULLED LOOSE FROM THE PURSE August 25, 2010

this packaging was good and it got here quickly enough, but the handle strap on it pulled loose. had to tie the strap through the ring to hold onto it until i got home. i had previously purchased this product and thought to repeat, (that the first one, which pulled off as well. was perhaps a fluke.)however the second one did the same as the first. they both came loose at the same spot. it was good leather, good arrangement but the workmanship was faulty. it needs more strength in the spots where it is held together I will look for something different next time; AS i do not intend to buy this again.

I bought this purse in December of 2009. I liked it very much. It's now August of 2010, and it's falling apart. One of the straps broke about 2 months ago. That irritated me, but I just tied it in a knot so I could keep using it. But now the zipper to one of the compartments I use the most has broken and doesn't close the compartment at all. If I knew then (in December 2009) what I know now (August of 2010), I would never have bought this purse.

This pocketbook is a piece of junk. The lining is sewed so close to the zipper the lining gets caugh in the zipper. On top of that the lining is made of a material that stretches so that you end up pushing the lining back in every time you try to zip it. threads ravel off the outside of the leather. I have returned it to Amazon pronto.
On that subject that is AMAZON, they have completely changed their return policy. Their "Returns are easy at Amazon" is no longer true you have to do battle for return refunds.

I purchased a purse and the strap has already come apart. I haven't had it very long. I am very disappointed. It will probably cost as much or more to have it repaired.
